Shipping & Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Bruins Brew, LLC!  The Bruins Brew ships all of our orders via UPS. Our aim is to get your products to you as soon as possible. We take the process of shipping and delivery very seriously and handle all products with care.  Our small company strives to ship packages quickly.

Processing and Delivery Times

Please allow 3 - 10 business days for processing and handling of your order before it is shipped, due to a recent increase in orders. Although orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days of receipt, delivery times estimated by UPS are then, usually within 3-5 business days in the U.S. and yet, may take longer since COVID-19. Delivery dates outside of the U.S. cannot be confirmed. Shipping and handling fees are based on weight, destination, country, and include a $3.50 handling fee to cover packaging costs. We appreciate your business and understanding.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via UPS, if you provided your email.  Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

The Bruins Brew is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping.

No Refund Policy

Please note that all sales made through The Bruins Brew, LLC are final and no refunds will be issued. We highly recommend reviewing the product description, size, and any other important information prior to making a purchase.

 

Non-Deliverable Packages

If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier, it will be cancelled and treated as a return. In the event of a cancelled order, the customer will not receive a refund.
